TRANSFER:

Pick up from Koh Samui Airport is 900 Baht per trip (Maximum 4 persons).

CHILD POLICY:

No charge for children under 12 years old, sharing bed with parents. Daily Breakfast for children age between 4 years old and 11 years is charged 250 Baht per day for the children share the same bed with parents.

EXTRA BED:

Extra bed includes daily breakfast is charged 750 Baht per night

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of the room booking must be made within 10 days before check-in for low season and 21 days before check-in for high season and peak season. If the cancellation is not made within the above time period, one room night will be charged as a cancellation fee.

During the Peak Period between 21 Dec and 10 Jan, if the room cancellation has not received within 14 days prior arrival, 100% of the room charge will be applied.

NO SHOW POLICY:

In case of No Show, 100% of the total room charge is applied.
